Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns are not possible for Limited Editions.
aiakinom fine art prints are printed on demand, which means they’re FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Shipments to other countries may be liable to customs fees & taxes. In all cases as the buyer you will be responsible for any charges that do apply. Our courier will notify you in this case, and will collect payment. Failure to pay duties and taxes where applicable will result in a delay to your shipment, and we will not accept returns on the basis of customs fees or taxes being applied.
All damaged prints purchased through aiakinom Print Shop are eligible for replacement.
All damaged and incorrect prints be returned to my studio for replacement. I must receive written notice and photo documentation of any damage within 30 days of receipt of the item. After 30 days an item will no longer be replaced.
